About the Consultant and/or Company

Founder Yannick Lallement obtained his Ph.D in Computer Science in 1996. He has worked as a research associate at the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, and as a software engineer in one of the leading Canadian web development companies.

Drawing on his usability and web development background, Yannick Lallement has been optimizing websites in English and in French since 2001. He obtained large traffic improvements for every single client, at an affordable cost to them.

Yannick Lallement currently consults for Google's Human Evaluation Team.
