About the Consultant and/or Company

Our Head of Google Search Engine Optimisation has twelve (12) years of SEO experience having worked in both the USA and the UK. We have five other full time Google SEO Consultants each with a total of over 30 years SEO expertise working a wide variety of websites, from simple static websites to 15,000 page ecommerce websites.

Our SEO team works with our in-house Google AdWords Professionals, our content providers and copywriters, web designers, graphic designers and web developers, plus we have our own team of offshore web programmers that work while our clients sleep.

In 2006 we secured venture capital from an SEO client, as our SEO team had dramatically increased traffic to their website in the first four months, and delivered significant new business from multiple SEO Press Release campaigns. This gave them the confidence to support us and our growth objectives.

In December 2007 we moved into new larger offices in Manchester City Centre.

Training and/or Education

The I-COM SEO team has over thirty (30) years of combined experience delivering SEO services for a wide variety clients. I-COM employs personnel with qualifications including Doctorates, Masters and Bachelors degrees. However, we believe that whilst academic qualifications provide a platform true value develops with experience, we have the experience and capability to offer our clients very cost effective web solutions for whatever their business requires.

Website and/or Graphic Design Experience

I-COM has dedicated graphics designers, web designers and web developers, working in both MAC and PC platforms.

Our team of web designers are all graduates of leading art and design colleges who have focused on the development of digital solutions.

We follow a structured design process that enables us to deliver effective designs on time and to budget. Our web design process includes provision for ensuring site usability, which encourage site exploration and conversion.

A big focus of our web design effort goes into making our web sites accessible. We appreciate that disabled people have a right to use the Internet and ensure all our designs conform to W3C WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Our web developers and programmers have experience in all major technologies and have implemented everything from simple brochure web sites through to major e-commerce and database applications.

Notable Achievements

Our SEO performance for one of our clients, Pannone LLP (law firm), was so effective that when we approached them for legal advice related to securing venture capital, they instead offered to invest themselves. This investment has given us the financial backing to invest in our people and our facilities to become one of the strongest SEO companies outside of London.

We won equal first place with BigMouth Media at the Drum Awards for the Digital Industries (DADI) for the best search engine marketing campaign of 2007.
